We ship worldwide — over 200 countries and territories — from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are. Here's what to expect.
In-stock items are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Custom or pre-order items take 5–15 business days to prepare, and the product page will say so.
Delivery is counted from the day your parcel leaves the warehouse, and applies to every destination we ship to: 15–20 business days to most countries. Remote regions, islands and parts of South America and Africa can take a little longer.
Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we ship to. There's no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown before you pay.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. For some remote destinations tracking updates can be sparse while a parcel is in transit; if yours stalls, your local post office can usually confirm where it is.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Orders shipped from outside your country may attract import duties or handling fees set by your local customs, which are payable on delivery.
Delivery estimates can shift with customs clearance, carrier schedules, public holidays and weather. If your parcel hasn't moved in a while, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
